Ms. Hanna concentrates her practice in estate planning, family wealth preservation, probate and trust administration, closely-held business law, and estate and gift tax law. Her practice emphasizes traditional estate planning (wills and revocable “living” trusts), as well as planning for the preservation of family wealth, planning for the succession of family or closely held businesses, insurance planning, charitable planning, and related transfer (estate and gift) tax planning.  She counsels clients on a wide variety of issues related to preserving and passing wealth to following generations, including creative approaches to solving the many non-tax, family issues which sometimes arise in the estate planning process.

An estates and trusts lawyer with substantial experience in corporate and tax law and business and corporate transactions, including public finance bond transactions, Ms. Hanna has spoken over the years on many topics, including estate and business succession planning, small business law, and estate and gift taxation.
